Delivery is 2 man to a ground floor room of choice. Upstairs flats and apartments only if lift access is available. We supply the products as self-assembly, however, Assembly can be arranged by choosing the premium delivery service where available

For a successful return, we require the unwanted items to be returned in an unused, fully re-saleable condition, using the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging. We will not accept any returns which have been part or fully assembled and fail to adhere to any of the aformentioned conditions
