To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be identical (brand, model, size, finish and specification).
- The competitor’s price must include VAT and delivery.
- The item must be brand new (not clearance, returned, refurbished or ex-display).
- The item must be in stock and available to order.
- A valid website link must be provided for verification.
- The price must be a genuine advertised selling price (not an obvious error).
- We may exclude membership pricing, marketplace listings, voucher codes or limited-time promotions.
This promise applies to deliveries within mainland UK only and is valid up until dispatch.
Excludes Northern Ireland, offshore islands and remote postcode surcharges.
